From the Artist
My print is a continuation of projecting the female as a prominent, powerful, yet sensitive being soaring in the heavens. She is surrounded by birds in flight and precious stones that symbolize her graceful mobility, elegant nobility, and great value to society. This print's juxtaposition of the female figure with unusual environments and patterns creates a mixture of realistic and abstract spatial organizations. Through my compositions, I want to display the woman in a positive way. The fact that she is soaring in the heavens puts her in a spatial place. The glow around her symbolizes that she is protected by her higher power. She is to be honored, respected, and cherished.

I want to provoke thought or conjecture from the viewer. My paintings are a collection of thoughts in a single composition, with the power to present more than one interpretation.
