James Dupree created one of Brandywine's largest prints to date. Triangular Weeze I, by Dupree, is an offset lithograph and screenprint in an edition of 40. To create bilateral symmetry, the mirrored image is printed on four sheets of 30 x 21 inch paper. When finished, the image measures 60 x 42 inches. Unlike in some commercial workshops, purchasing a larger press or modifying the press was not financially feasible. Triangular Weeze is a series, with Triangular Weeze II and III being editions of 20, and Triangular Weeze IV being a smaller edition of 14. Dupree's practice incorporates glass, wood, painting, collage, and printmaking, and he frequently works to broaden the definition of what an interdisciplinary artist can be.
